By using Branched, you agree to these terms. Branched is a referral and connection service — not a contractor — that helps connect homeowners with local service professionals.

Branched is not a contractor

Branched does not perform construction, repair, or any home-service work. Branched is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a professional. Any work performed is the sole responsibility of the professional you choose to hire.

No guarantees

  • Branched does not guarantee that a professional will contact you or respond to your request.
  • Branched does not guarantee quotes, pricing, workmanship, or the quality of any work.
  • Branched does not guarantee that a specific professional will be available in your area.
  • Verification status, where shown, indicates that Branched has reviewed a license number — it is not an endorsement of the professional's work.

Your consent

When you submit a homeowner request, you consent to Branched sharing the information you provided with one or more participating local service professionals, and to being contacted by phone, text message, or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a request or inquiry.
  • Do not use Branched to submit requests on behalf of others without their consent.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Professional responsibilities

  • Professionals are responsible for maintaining their own licensing, insurance, and compliance with applicable law.
  • Submitting an inquiry does not create an agreement with Branched or guarantee any number of homeowner requests.
  • Professionals must conduct themselves professionally when contacting homeowners.

Limitation of liability

Branched is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branched is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, the actions or inaction of any professional, or the outcome of any work performed. You use the service at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Branched after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
