What we store in your browser

• Session storage — a randomly generated session ID used to group anonymized usage events. It is stored only for the duration of your browser session and is deleted when you close the tab.
• Local storage — if you sign in to an account, your authentication session is stored locally so you stay signed in across page loads. This is required for the sign-in feature to work.

What we do not use

• No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
• No cross-site tracking for marketing purposes.
• No social media pixel tracking.

Analytics

We collect basic, anonymized usage statistics (such as which service categories are selected and how far a form is completed) to understand and improve the site. These events are tied to a random session ID, not to your identity.

Your choices

You can clear session storage and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing local storage will sign you out of any account. The core service — submitting a homeowner request — works without any browser storage enabled.
