From professionals
When a service professional submits an inquiry, we collect business name, contact name, email, phone, service categories, cities and ZIP codes served, website, license information, and any additional details provided.
Automatically collected
We collect basic, anonymized usage data — such as which pages are visited and which service categories are selected — to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To match homeowner requests with participating local professionals who serve the relevant area.
- To allow a professional to contact you about your request, if you consented to it.
- To review and verify professional inquiries and business details.

How we share information
We share the information you provide in a homeowner request with one or more participating local service professionals so they can contact you about the work. We do not sell your information. We only share what is necessary for a professional to evaluate and respond to your request.
How long we keep information
We keep homeowner request information for as long as needed to provide the referral service and respond to follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will remove it unless we are legally required to retain it.

We store information in a secured database with access controls. Only authorized Branched team members can view homeowner or professional details. Homeowner request data is never visible to the public.
