Provider Terms
These terms apply to home-service professionals who submit an inquiry to participate in Branched's referral and connection service. Submitting an inquiry indicates that you have read and agree to these terms.
Your inquiry is not an agreement
Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, employment relationship, or any formal agreement with Branched. It expresses your interest in receiving homeowner requests. Branched may accept or decline inquiries at its discretion.
No guarantee of requests
Branched does not guarantee any number of homeowner requests, any volume of leads, or any revenue. The number of requests you receive depends on homeowner demand in your service area and the categories you cover.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, and insurance required by law for the work you perform.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information about your business, service areas, and license status.
- You must conduct yourself professionally and lawfully when contacting homeowners.
- You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including California consumer protection and telemarketing rules.
License verification
Where a license is required, Branched may ask for your license number and review it before showing a verification status. Providing a license number authorizes Branched to verify it through publicly available records. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of your business or work.
Use of homeowner information
When Branched shares a homeowner request with you, the information is provided solely so you can contact the homeowner about their request. You may not use homeowner information for any other purpose, share it with third parties, or add homeowners to marketing lists without their consent.
Branched is not a contractor
Branched is a referral and connection service and is not a party to any agreement between you and a homeowner. Branched does not perform work, does not guarantee quotes or pricing, and is not liable for the outcome of any work performed.
Termination
Branched may suspend or remove a professional's participation at any time, including for inaccurate information, unprofessional conduct, or violation of these terms. You may withdraw your participation by contacting us at any time.
